We begin with the power of herbs, meaning you will learn about the healing properties of herbs and can create your own herbal blend to take home.
Petra's workshop continues in the swimming pool, at a pleasant temperature with a view over the entire Lake Murten:
1. Your vision: Everything is created twice, first in your mind and then in reality (visualize)
2. Fear and doubt: Fear and doubt have always been the greatest enemies of human potential.
3. Posture: Your posture influences your feelings.
4. Brain Waves: “Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta Gamma”
5. Aura: “Your physical body, your electromagnetic field, your frequency” (cleansing your aura).
Afterwards, you will be treated to a magical brunch.
Afterwards, relax in the private wellness area with a view over the entire Lake Murten: whirlpool, swimming pool, sauna with aromatherapy, loungers indoors and outdoors.
Finally, you will take a small surprise and the course materials for the workshop with Petra back home with you.
